Berinda has garnered numerous achievements over the past few decades. Among the awards won include: Best Maintained Township (Malaysia Ministry of Housing and Local Government), Outstanding Achievement in Residential Development (Asean Association for Planning and Housing), Best Landscape for Resort Living (Johor Bahru City Council), Best Township – Taman Molek (Johor Bahru City Council), Special Award for Rain Water Harvesting System – Molek Pine 4 and Lakeside Apartments (Year 2013-2014). Awarded by the Johor Bahru City Council, Molek Pine 4 is Malaysia’s 1st Residential New Construction (High Rise) with Green Building Index (GBI) Platinum rating certification on design assessment. Molek Pine 3 and Ponderosa Lakeside were both awarded GBI Gold rating certification on design assessment by the GBI Accreditation Panel.
